Presenters can opt to present one program only, or both programs, back to back.

Additional costs and considerations:

  • both programs call for a significant battery of percussion – to be provided at presenter cost. CMSLC will provide interested presenters with a list.

  • program B requires two pianos.

  • both programs require load in the day before the performance, and time on the stage, for piano preparation, unison tuning, percussion set up. Plus a potentially 4 hour dress the morning of.

  • both programs require amplification of various instruments, including pianos, strings, flute, and voice.  A sound person on hand would likely be needed.

  • program A requires specific lighting (Vox Balaenae calls for the musicians to be lit in blue light), so we would need a lighting person.

  • CMSLC will send a staff member with this program, to assist in coordinating all of these needs.
